To get more information on the package, please feel free to email pilates@duohouston.com.

  • What do I do if it is my first time?

Welcome to DUO! For your first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. All clients new to our studio are required to attend a short orientation led by the instructor, 5 minutes before the start of class. This is to acquaint you with the studio, the reformer, and how we conduct class; Our goal is to set you up for success. DO NOT arrive late or you WILL NOT be permitted to enter class.

The Studio doors will open 5 minutes before the scheduled class. Your instructor will greet you and let you in. You can wait on the benches under the DUO Houston sign.

  • How do I add myself to the waitlist?

We allow up to six people on our waitlist; If you choose to join the waitlist, you'll be notified by email that you’ve been added to the class.

Waitlists are able to be joined up until one hour before the scheduled start of class. If you're automatically added to a class with less than 8 hours to go, you will be subject to the normal late cancellation and no-show fees if you decide not to attend. If you think you might not be able to make the session that you're on the waitlist for, we recommend taking yourself off of the list, which you can do at any time. This is particularly important if you've booked an early class.

  • Can I extend the expiration on my package?

Absolutely - there is a $15 charge to add 30 days to your package. Speak to a front desk staff member or email pilates@duohouston.com to extend your package.
