Class Format: REFORMER
Movement background: My movement background includes 2.5 years as a spin instructor, where I coached riders through interval training, endurance rides, and rhythm-based workouts.
Why REFORMER?: I love Reformer because it shows me what I’m capable of, both physically and mentally; it fuels my passion for health and longevity. I was specifically drawn to Pilates because it’s foundational and functional, emphasizing breathwork and a strong mind-to-muscle connection that builds awareness, strength, and control in every movement.
Class vibe: Empowering, mindful and energetic
Fun fact: I used to rescue and rehab baby squirrels that fell from their nests—they were some of the sweetest, most playful little creatures.
