Movement background: I have over 8 years of experience practicing yoga, with the last 3 years teaching yoga and sound healing. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and helping people feel safe and strong in their bodies.
Why Pilates & Yoga?: I love Pilates and yoga for the balance of strength and softness—they build physical resilience while supporting self-awareness and mental clarity on and off the mat.
