Movement background: I have an extensive background in movement, including yoga, mat Pilates, and reformer Pilates! I have been practicing them for years and have always been active, whether it be through those practices or sports

Why REFORMER?: Reformer makes me feel inspired, strong, and confident. It’s my favorite way to care for myself, reset my body, and strengthen my mind–body connection.

Class vibe: Energetic, encouraging, and intentional

Fun fact: I love playing Tennis!
