Studio Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Membership Commitments

  • All monthly recurring memberships (including Better Together) require a minimum 3-month commitment (3 consecutive payments).

  • 12-month commitment packages require completion of all 12 payments before eligibility for cancellation.

    • This includes the Mini Pack (3 classes for $54) and the Duo Birthday 10 Pack.

  • Annual memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Downgrading a membership resets the full commitment term.

  • Memberships automatically renew and will continue to bill until a proper cancellation notice is received.

Cancellation Policy

  • A 30-day written notice is required for all cancellations.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing and are not valid until confirmed by Duo Houston.

  • If the 30-day notice period overlaps with a scheduled billing date, one final payment will be charged.

  • Clients are responsible for tracking billing cycles, including shorter calendar months.

Account Freezes & Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests submitted during an active freeze will not take effect until the account is reactivated.

  • Final billing may still occur after the required notice period.
